Who is responsible
Music Mind Games Inc is the controller for personal data collected through this site and the contact form. Da Vinci and the Brain is the public editorial name. We are a small project, not an app store, publisher, or ad network.
What we collect
If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you send: usually name, email, message text, and any extra form fields. The server may also record IP address, browser type, and request time. We use that to read the message, reply if needed, and keep abuse off the form.
Do not send payment cards, account passwords, or private recovery codes. If a message includes something we do not need, we delete it when we notice.
Hosts may keep ordinary logs such as IP, URL, user agent, and timestamps for uptime and attack blocking. There is no member login or checkout here.
Why we use it
Contact data is used to answer you and keep a short record if a follow-up is needed. Logs support security and reliability. We do not sell personal information or build ad profiles from your messages.
Cookies and similar tech
We do not set our own analytics or advertising cookies. The site may load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may cache files for faster return visits. Clear those in browser settings if you want.
Sharing
We do not sell contact messages. Hosting and mail delivery providers may process data as needed to run the site. Legal demands are the other case where we may have to share limited records.
Retention
Contact threads are kept long enough to reply and then cleared when they are no longer useful. Server logs rotate on ordinary host schedules.
Your choices
Ask what contact data we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a thread that is no longer needed. Use the contact form. We may need to confirm it is you first.
Children
This site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 through the contact form.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page. Keep using the site only if the current text still works for you.
